With the present email I’m contacting directly you for a partner research for a project we’re preparing.

The TECH-TEIP-KIS project, led by the State Information Technology and Communication (SAITC) of R.Bulgaria, the Chamber of Commerce of Romania, EuropaBio association, EIPA-CEFASS, UNINOVA, CTI and CONSEN community will be submitted to the European Commission under next CIP specific call for proposals: "European Innovation Platform for Knowledge Intensive Services" with deadline the 7th of September. The aim of this call is to create a Trans-European Innovation Platform bridging between research, skills, incubation, entrepreneurship, finance and clusters in view of creating more EU Innovation champions in the field of services providers.

The "TEIPKIS" project is aimed at developing a four different Trans-European Innovation Platforms of knowledge Intensive Services for Technological startups in different Sectorals (GOVOS, BIO, ENE, RFID, SEC, PHS, etc) more one horizontal supportive cross-sectoral action based on a contest. The projects are without profit aims and have a budget of 1.75MEUR, 85% co-funded by EC. The duration is three years, 2008-11.

In order to anticipate the maximum the required documents and coordinate our works, it is recommendable that you register and profile your company/organization in eCentres.net. In a first stage, it is recommendable that you provide me of the A2 form http://ecentres.net/A2_form and the description for as soon as you can http://ecentres.net/Description_form

In a second stage we will also require, signed and stamped the exclusion criteria form and the balance sheet.
Finally as you know we will redact the co-financing agreement, to be signed, stamped and posted to us in hard copy.

We will meet some of you next 24 Thursday in BXL, but we will do for all next 25 Friday 17:00 a Webminar #1 ScreenCast to explain the call, the proposals ,requirements and list of partners for the platforms and subcontracts. A work-meeting is expected to celebrate at the end of June in BXL.

In order to build a pool of competences and interest we’re looking for partners experts and stakeholders of Innovation and Knowledge fields (Incubators. Mentors, Investors, Sectoral Associations, Chambers of Commerce, IRC, BAN, BSN, Technological centers and business parks, Managers of Innovation Governmental programmes, etc).
Each particular case the partner can lead or become partner or also subcontractor in at least one of the TEIPKIS platforms for structuring and reinforcing the pool of knowledge in the area of innovation services for projects and start-ups.

We think that this Trans-European platforms can support your regional INNOVATION community and programmes.

Past week in BXL was great to collaborate with the leaders of different technological area and get direct feedbacks of diverse head of EU IST units, but the travelling and busy Danny and Hugo can have time to discuss and sign the EEIG documents.

Martin is requesting me more involvement of the CONSEN EEIG members and our participation and We only are receiving offer from City Incubators and big institutions interested in collaborate voluntary, in the VISIYES project which are absolutely focused on help and support to s entrepreneurs or micro-company as you.

In this situation I have to share our budget and project actions with old partners and collaborators that have raised from these years work.

Well this week I present the project to Barcelona Incubator after to have the same agreement with the Sevilla Incubator, before to go to Delft to the kickoff meeting. Next week I have to present the proposal to the eBSN in the X EURECOM conference.

After to be approved of VISIYES.eu project, we started to work with Martin (VRMC) the coordinator of the project in order to rewrite our WP7 after the kick-off meeting of Delft next 14-16 of March (all interested can join us).

Now we have a concrete proposal for you to work and participate. This is the first time that CONSEN has the opportunity to invite you in a European co-funded project (48kE for two years). The main key-point for all of us is that this project fit in our technological and business interests, and the attractive way given by Martin: Learning without Lessons, e-Tutors and Sustainable exploitation selling professional services in an open-fair marketplace.

And the IST and OS solution applied to the Information and Communication environment for Learning, Working and Trading to support innovative entrepreneurs and start-ups, which we can exploit and use for promoting and selling our services as join market-place.

1. It's ending the time to manifest your intention to promote your migration to CONSEN coop SCE. Two week, as you know end of January, to fulfill the http://consen.info/Approach. The current status is in http://O4B.org. In the editorial http://extra.conswen.info is the first collaborative effort to list a join agenda of actions - similar to EEIG constitution - to finish the formal procedures and start the registration at end of March.

We have received Catherine pre-agreements and the Felipe and Martin (MVRC) supports. We have the pre-consultation launched and the first draft of the statutes in Catalan. The delay to reach five professionals or two companies from two different EU states postpone the deadline to end of March.

2. Please read above the text of the letter to be submitted by the high cost snail post to PER-SCITUM and ZEUS consulting to proceed to their expulsion, if there isn't a real justification. After that we have to register the non answer and the expulsion . In consequence we have to vote other time to be registered. After that we will have to repeat the votation to approve the adhesion of new members and the dissolution (exception of responsibility and liability of all old members) to migrate to CONSEN cooperative. All this demonstrates the impossibility to be operative an EEIG without the quick email and responses of the members.
