1. Yesterday was posted to the DG:ENTREP the call of tenders eBGRO: SET UP AND ENLARGEMENT OF NATIONAL NETWORKS FOR E-BUSINESS POLICIES AND INITIATIVES IN BULGARIA AND ROMANIA.

This project 240KE (50% funded) and 9 months of duration is adressed to the eBSN community and we act for networking in 5 events and building the info-space and organize a set of webminars. The consortium is formed by the SAITC of the Government of Bulgaria; the Chamber of Commerce iof Romania and MUFICATA representing CONSEN community. A total of 5 Reinforcing eBusinesses proposals have to be approved. we have cross the fingers.+ http://ecentres.net/eBGRO

2. Meawhile, I am inviting you an ambitious and extent projects in the CIP-EIP programme, Implementing measure ENT/CIP/07/C/N04S00 TEIP-KIS (Trans-European Innovation Platform for Knowledge Intensive-Services) proposal(s)
The past 10th Thursday was published the call text, with deadline in 8th September but considering that:
- the possibility of building and participating in 4 vertical sectoral platforms and one horizontal;
- the high requirements of partners documentation and necessity of hard copies
- the need to build a governmental (public-private) merged consortium (Public Managers of Innovation Programmes) ;
- the summer holidays;
implies that we have to coordinate and start to work from now to have 2 available months.

The first steps is to register in ecentres.net. We need to build a pool of organizations sorted by interested, type, experience and competences.
Take care to fulfill the maximum fields of your profile, A2 form, map, Interest, etc..
The second step will be to form the consortia (SEC, PHS, BIO, GOV?, OSS?) and request and collect the documents (digital first and hard later)
For the Horizontal cross-sectoral action we have some idea about a Contest http://CoompEUtition.com but it require more elaboration.
In principle there are all the documents available, but please write a list of lacks and errors found in order to fix in the next days before governmental and massive partners are invited.
